Travel Purpose: business

Positive: This is a new development so the unit was new and clean. The caretaker was very friendly and made sure we had a unit where there was air conditioning.

Negative: When we arrived we found the unit we were booked for was occupied, the second unit shown to us did not have air conditioning and was boiling hot inside the 3 rd unit had air conditioning but it wasn’t on so again too hot to be in so we sat outside in our own chairs as there were no chairs provided with the patio table. The bathroom had no vanity or shelves to place things and two thin towels were not the best. We felt that the idea for the development will be good but they were not ready for us and there weren’t any facilities near by. Our final bill for two nights was $400 which is too much for what they have to offer right now.

Summary: The area is beautiful but they are not ready.
