NOTE: The North Cottage is only rented with the "South" Cottage to accommodate a larger group. The North Cottage is one of our 2 rental properties on one large lake-front lot. Both the North & South Cottages can be rented together to sleep up to 12 people.
We rent the South Cottage alone OR the North & South Cottages together - we "Do Not" rent the North Cottage separately.

Located just south of the village of Penn Yan, NY, the North & South cottages are located right on the water on the north-east side of the lake featuring stunning Sunsets! Just down a short private drive, there is 120 feet of lakefront property with 2 fully restored cottages to enjoy. Both have their own 36' docks w/mooring whips for boats. Also, each cottage has individual 10'X14' platform decks w/market umbrellas by the water in addition to large front porches with plenty of comfy furniture. Both have 3 bedrooms. North cottage is one level, sleeps 6 comfortably with one full bath (walk-in shower) and the South cottage is a vintage wood 2 story, sleeping 6 comfortably with 1 full bath (claw foot tub w/shower) upstairs and 1/2 bath on the first floor. There is a screened-in porch off the kitchen for dining. Both cottages are on Town Water & Sewer (so you can drink the water!)
