Summary: Home was typical of other homes in the area. Was close to our relatives who live two streets away. The owners were easy to communicate with and no issues arose. I will say that being in the 1st floor you can hear walking from the 2nd floor and it was usually late in the night. It didnt prevent us from our sleep but had to get used to it.
