Summary: This was a nice little getaway for us! We enjoyed the open layout and the amount of amenities (sauna, hot tub, bbq, outside deck). We spent all our time here and it was very cozy and basically had everything you needed. The area around the cottage is pretty bare bones, not a lot of walking area, but not a huge concern. We just had a few hiccups when we arrived at check in, the cleaner was still there so we had to leave for an hour and come back. After that, the code for the door wasn't set properly so we had to reach out for them to set it again, but it was all resolved quickly. In the main floor master, we did hear a lot of scratching and squeaking noises in the walls, assuming it was some sort of rodent. It did create disturbances at night/early morning. That was the only major issue for us, and we informed the owners. It's too bad because the home was actually quite nice and enjoyable. Hopefully the rodent issue gets sorted out.
