Amazing design that is great for friends to share or to use as a couple who's looking for a private living area to watch TV privately or used as a study area. The mezzanine bed is solidly built for 2 in a 12ft high loft so lots of room to move around with a charging plug equipped for use right beside the upper bed.
This is a shared living unit with a new modern kitchen located on the main floor with living room and dining area all located on main level. So this unit is on 2 levels which makes sharing so comfortable for all.
We do not want to overcrowd our guests so there is only 3 bedrooms (all with private bathrooms) and max 2 people to a room. Guests will never find this unit crowded.
To add more comfort, the unit has a beautiful outdoor deck for sitting, sun bathing, mingling with neighbors or friends. Shared space has never been this amazing! Clean is the last goodness. There is a monthly cleaning of all common area, there is laundry in the unit. All new appliances incl. dishwasher
