This cottage resides on beautiful Lake Simcoe, on a quiet tree-lined point (dead-end) with little traffic. Conveniently located in Orillia, you are minutes away from all amenities but feel you are a world away in cottage country. Truly the best of both worlds. Orillia offers experiences and activities for any season: waterfront trails, excellent local dining, boutique and big-box store shopping, nearby golf courses, hiking trails, ski hills, and frozen lakes for outdoor winter activities.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at a "Little Piece of Heyden"! In the area for a family wedding, this lakefront location provided the perfect spot to enjoy morning swims, paddle boarding, kayaking and serene lake views! Appreciate the detailed check-in/check-out information and timely communication with hosts. So glad we chose this Orillia property- just wish it was closer to where we live!
