There is a shuffle board table, video game table and dart board in the great room. You will love the well-stocked kitchen and open family/dining room with lots of area for entertaining.
The house is located just steps from the lake and boasts great lake views. Public boat launch 4 miles away.
The space
The charming, comfortable 3 BR 2 bath home has an open floor plan perfect for entertaining family and friends while cooking inside or out on the new gas grill. Pets allowed. Enjoy the beautiful Honeoye lake views and sunsets from the deck or firepit area and wake up to the lake views from one of the two king size beds on the second floor. The large game room features a new couch bed that opens to a queen sized bed for two and includes a "My Pillow" pillowtopper for the fourth bedroom. Please note the loft bedroom with a king and twin mattress is an open space.
Guest access
Access to the entire home except the garage. Use of the community beach and playground which is in walking distance. Dogs and children are allowed and I have a gently used pack-n-play on site as well as a high chair and a small amount of toys. There is an additional charge for pets. We have both a Keurig coffee maker and a 12 cup Drip Coffee Maker.
Other things to note
*Please note that the kayak and stand up paddle board are available for the late spring and summer season through mid-October only. We are dog lovers and we want our neighbors to love them as well! Please feel free to use our leashes and the leash attached to our deck. Dogs are required to be on leashes whenever outside. Poop bags are included :)
