Welcome to the Glynn Road property. Centrally located minutes from Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve University, this newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is perfect for families or business travelers.
The brick house has a big driveway for parking cars and the garage is available for you to use as well!
The kitchen has radiant floor heating, granite counters, all major appliances, a built-in seating area, and overlooks the backyard with original windows.
The sprawling living room can comfortably seat 6 people and is made to entertain or relax. The mounted Smart TV has ROKU hookup.
The dining room connects to the kitchen area. The dining table seats 6.
There is a half bathroom on the first floor.
Head up the grand staircase to find 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has its own walk-in closet, a full king size bed, and Smart TV. The other two bedrooms have double beds with a shared closet in between each bedroom.
The third floor is extra private. It has two twin beds and a full bathroom (cast-iron tub with a shower hook up).
The basement is incredibly spacious with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
Please note there is a security system camera in the kitchen area.
Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $500 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file.
Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. Contact me for more info.
