Positive: Owners very friendly; what a contrast to a place we stayed earlier on our trip. Very clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable and a good shower. Quiet in the evening. Great view of Perce and the famous rock especially in the early evening. Plenty of parking. So all recommended and good value.

Negative: If you don't have use the car it's a bit of a trek up the hill to get there.
