This fully equipped chalet, located 1h15 from Montreal and Laval, is just over 20 minutes from the Montcalm ski resort and the Ouareau Forest Regional Park. This space is perfect for a family who want to have a quiet and pleasant stay near the many activities in Chertsey. CITQ 300591
The space
Before you start, here are four things people love about our TU-DOR chalet ON THE LAKE:
1- The AREA is simply amazing and full of things to do with your family bubble. As you can see in the photos, skiing, hiking, etc. are just a few of the activities that can be organized.
In addition, several services are nearby: grocery store with mini SAQ, gas station and BONUS: a convenience store in summer just a few minutes walk away!
2- The kitchen and the 2nd floor bathroom have been RECENTLY RENOVATED, the mattresses, pillows and bedding are new and very comfortable and we can easily accommodate several guests. The FIREPLACE is great in winter and we have a POOL TABLE, ARCADE, WiFi, Netflix and board games to entertain young and old. As we offer you the LATE CHECKOUT ON SUNDAY AT 8 P.M. WHEN POSSIBLE, you can make the most of your stay at the chalet!
3– The PANORAMIC VIEW OF the water AND THE MOUNTAINS IS magical. Every morning you can watch the sunrise over the lake without any obstructions. In winter, enjoy the HOT TUB with lake views which is great for having a good time outdoors at any time of the year. In summer, ON the SHORES OF LAKE PARÉ, it is rather the sound of sirens or SWIMMING that will enchant you. CANOEING, KAYAKING , LIFE JACKETS are at your disposal, not to mention a GALLERY with OUTDOOR LOUNGE, an outdoor FIRE and a BARBECUE AREA.
4. Passionate about design and the arts, we put a lot of energy to decorate the chalet to make it warm with a touch of originality. Everywhere, you can admire many works by extremely talented Quebec artists to share talent from here!
Here are three things to consider before renting
1- We put a lot of love in our cottage and as our friendly neighbors live very close, there can be NO PARTIES, no loud music or any type of outside noise out of respect for them and for the residents living around the lake.
2- If our cottage is large and can accommodate a group of 10 guests, the parking is smaller. Indeed, WE have 4 PARKING SPACES. a solution: carpooling. So let's save the planet and preserve nature, they will thank you!
3- VARIABLE PRICES: This cottage is newly rented and we adjust the prices constantly to adjust to the market. It is very likely that we will get closer to the dates, the lower the prices. Feel free to put the cottage in your favorites and come back to see from time to time!
