The cottage features reversed living accommodations with a queen-sized bed and private full bath downstairs utilizing beautifully appointed local materials and direct access to the walk-out deck to bask in the sunshine or take a dip in the refreshing plunge pool.

Summary: Property is beautiful, house and pool are great. One downside is a kids marching band practiced on the beach aways down every weekday from 12-5. The same spng too. Kind of annoying. Not sure if there's a school or random practice. Not at all the homeowners fault. Just fyi.
