If you're looking for a Beautiful, country environment, book this clean, spacious, Ranch style Home, centrally located between Canandaigua and Geneva! Complete with a full kitchen, dining area, grill & table on the deck, and a large backyard. Main floor master bedroom with a queen bed and bath, 2 additional bedrooms, with a double and queen beds and furnished basement sleeping area with a single, 2 doubles, and a sleep sofa; altogether sleeps 13 people comfortably. Gather around the flickering fire ring in the backyard! Available yard games are Corn Hole, Volleyball, and Ladder Golf. For rainy days there are more than a dozen inside games to indulge in! Watch the birds at the feeder and occasional deer in the orchard. And relish the gorgeous sunsets!

Summary: Enjoyed the stay, great accomodations. (You may want to spray for wasps behind shutter near gas grill. We had no issue with the bees but avoided them due to having a person allergic to bees with us. Also, door handle to deck door is loose and did come off. Just needs tightened with Allen wrench)
