The reservation holder/primary guest (person who made the booking) must provide two pieces of government-issued photo identification 10 days prior to check-in. The primary guest agrees that the reservation be booked with the accurate number of guests and is required to submit a list including full names of all guests for the reservation. The primary guest agrees to the additional charge of $100 per guest per night for each guest over two. No unauthorized guests are allowed day or night on the property outside of the reservation. Reservations exceeding 7 days require an additional weekly service fee of $150. Certain areas of the home including the garage are restricted and are not accessible by guests.
Accepting this reservation, the primary guest agrees to comply with all rules and policies. Please note that violations may result in a minimum $500 fine and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
