Welcome to our newly built cottage on Echo Lake. This is a 1720sqft, two bedroom, two bathroom home with an open concept living space, and walk out basement. All looking over beautiful Echo Lake in the Heart of Muskoka.
The cottage has a bright kitchen featuring a spacious island, stainless steel appliances (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker, BBQ) and all of your kitchen essentials including dishes, utensils, and cookware. Open concept living space, overlooking Echo Lake. Main bedroom has cathedral ceilings, overlooking the entire Lake, with a walk-in closet and ensuite. The ensuite has double sinks and walk in shower. Private spare room over looks the new growth forest in the back of the house.
Excellent cell phone reception, Wifi, and TV is setup with Roku streaming.
Access to the lake with your own private area for swimming or just relaxing by the water. A canoe/kayak beach launch is less than a 1min walk down the road. We supply fresh linens, bedding, towels, kitchen clothes and tea towels.
This cottage would best suit a family of up to 6 people and has up to 4 parking spaces. We are located a 5-minute drive to the cute town of Baysville, and only 20 minutes to Huntsville, Bracebridge, or Dorset. This is a smoke/vape, pet free house.
