Enjoy a relaxing vacation on Chautauqua Lake in our newly renovated Boathouse! The cottage sits on almost two acres of property along Dewittville Bay featuring old-growth trees and 200+ ft. of lakefront. We have beautiful lake views from the elevated porch area with plenty of lawn area. A dock is available for fishing and boating next to the swimming beach area (dock is shared with our friendly neighbor so you may see them from time to time, but we all have plenty of space to enjoy the lake).
The upper one-bedroom cottage has been completely renovated and can sleep up to four (queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa). The living space is accessed by stairs leading up to the raised deck (the lower level is mainly owner storage and separate from the rental area). The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for cooking a great meal to be enjoyed out at the picnic tables. We provide a gas grill as well. The cottage has high-speed internet and a smart TV with cable. The unit is air-conditioned and equipped with electric baseboard heaters for chilly nights.
