Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very good value for the price. The suite is very new and quite tidy and well set up. Kitchen was well equipped, Wireless was good and TV worked well. Pet friendly.

Negative: Located in an unappealing suburb of Calgary, this basement suite was accessed down an unlit stairwell which was challenging in the dark. The main room is windowless. The suite is not well soundproofed and the family on the main floor was quite loud. Beds are doubles rather than queens, so a bit squishy. We were given a bit of a hassle about bringing our dog although the listing clearly stated dogs were allowed. If you book this place, be sure to inform the owner you have a pet.
