Summary: We have been staying here for a long time. Never had any issues, front desk has always been more than helpful, rooms clean and quiet. The girl this time was so sweet. Everyone was great. The only complaint I really have is the deposit. Says 150.00. But they charge 250.00. Which is way beyond. I didn’t really appreciate being told that my spurs were too loud and to ‘pull them up or take them off’ from I am assuming the manger who proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away. When I was already trying to be quiet. The sad thing is Saturday morning only one girl working, for the breakfast and everyone yelling about food and check out and she’s doing her best, maybe have more than one employee on? She was struggling and trying to be upbeat. People have no patience and re so rude.
