Summary: The condo was located in a great spot for walking, very near the small ferry to Granville Island and a block from the False Creek sea wall walk. The deck was great when the sun was not on it, which was often because of shadowing from adjacent buildings, although it still felt very open. The deck did have a dining table and chairs that was OK, along with an outdoor couches that were not very comfortable, even with the cushions that had to be stored inside each night.The site information indicated three bedrooms with queen beds, which we felt should have been good for our three couples. However one of the bedrooms was a small room that had no opening windows or air conditioning and that was not tenable for an adult couple. So we had to get a hotel room for our son and his partner since the room was unbearable. The condo wasn't cleaned very well. The jacuzzi bath spit out black debris and was unusable. There wasn't really any space where all six of us could relax together inside. There was a couch big enough to seat two and that was all. The table for eating seated four. There was no useable air conditioning. The agent came down and tried to help with his system of portable AC units, but they needed to be placed at the window, so you couldn't pull the shade down at night, or out the door, which made the rooftop patio inaccessible. He was quite responsive to our issues, and tried to help which we appreciated. The truth is this is a good place for two couples only.
