Positive: Bruce and the reception team are always friendly, helpful and willing to help.

Negative: There wasn't enough mats to deal with the melting snow. Despite stamping our feet outside and wiping our feet on the reception mats we still brought slush into our room which was a little unpleasant but nothing to spoil our stay or a decision to return to this hotel. We felt bad for the cleaning crew who would have to mop the floor.
