Summary: Parking was fine. Whole hotel reeked of smoke even tho they had a No Smoking by-law sign in lobby. Asked for a no-smoking room...still reeked. Could not open door with key. Once inside the medioat FDcre room, the heater didnt work. The girl was very friendly tho. Eventually she gave us a new room which looked like it had been recently all re-done. MUCH nicer, cleaner room with no smoke smell. However, NO cell reception and could not dial 0 from any room to reach front desk as they were down. (Security risk) FD staff in morning were unconcerned with that saying it was not a by-law requirement. Oh, and there were no extra blankets when requested, although thankfully, the room was comfortable.
