CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:

-Conserve energy & turn off AC & lights upon checkout

-Wash & dry used dishware, utensils & cookware
-Please take out the trash to the designated garbage disposal upon checking out
-Lock the door, windows and any possible point of entry before leaving
-Garbage Disposal for Homes: Guest will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (schedule to be communicated by Nest Host)
-Please let us know if you plan on departing before the 11:00 am checkout time as we have a team standing by to clean the apartment after your departure

The document will state that tenants will be responsible in paying for common expenses IF OWNER FAILS to make the payment to be deducted from their rental payment.
