You will have access to the entire cottage and its outdoor spaces. Parking will be shared with the adjacent cottage. You will also have access to the Chapman Community Beach (reserved to the cottages on Chapman Beach Road)
François and Ashley will not be meeting you on the property but are a short drive away if you need anything. The hosts will be available to answer any questions before and throughout your stay
The Moonstone Cottage is part of the Chapman Beach Community. We are walking distance to Chapman Beach, a small sandy beach reserved for the members of the Chapman Beach Community.
The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. Perfect for morning jogs, at it's interconnected with plenty of adorable streets reflective of the New England charm.
Most errands are car depend, there is bus line walking distance to the Moonstone Cottage.

We recommend having a car to run errands and go sightseeing. If you're planning on going to Chapman Beach every day, you may be able to take the train (Amtrak Station - Westbrook Stop on the Shoreline, 4 mins drive) and grab a taxi or Uber or Lyft to get to the Moonstone Cottage.
The inside of backyard shed has yet to be renovated and is currently used to store beach gear

- Please rinse off sand in the outdoor shower to prevent clogging of pipes
- No pets allowed without prior approval from the hosts. Breaking that rule will result in additional cleaning fee + costs associated with any damages to the property
