Fantastic point of land on Lake Muskoka with over 470ft of frontage on prestigious Acton Island. Acton Island is accessible by car via Acton Island bridge and is located close to Bala and Port Carling by car or boat. The cottage offers plenty of privacy as it is located at the end of a road on a point overlooking Dudley Bay. There is a new 2 slip single storey boathouse completed in 2022 which faces west for afternoon sun. A large sitting area is the perfect place to take in the sunsets. An additional second dock faces north and is set back from the water in a small inlet providing shade (please note the aerial photos attached were taken prior to the docks and boathouse being rebuilt). No neighbors in site from this vantage point, just sun, water, and island dotted views of the lake. There is a natural granite outcropping with firepit close to the waters edge. Truly a unique piece of Muskoka property. A second firepit and seating area is located closer to the cottage and there is plenty of firewood on site. The cottage is fully equipped for a fun relaxing family vacation including 2 kayaks, 2 SUP's, canoe, and pedal boat. There is a large deck with a propane BBQ and outdoor dining table that seats 8. The interior of the cottage features a large dining table, also with seating for 8, sofa and loveseat, and muskoka room with additional seating. A master bedroom with king size bed and 2pc ensuite is located on the main floor. A second bedroom with 2 single beds, 3pc bath with tub, laundry room with full size washer/dryer, and kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher round out the main floor. Upstairs contains a large third bedroom with double bed, and 2 single beds. The cottage comes equipped with towels, bedding, and array of dishes and kitchen utensils.
