This 800 square foot water access cottage is 90 min from Toronto on a beautiful picturesque lake with lots of crown land. The cottage is located on a peninsula with eastern, western and southern exposures. A canoe and kayak is included with the rental. A 16' Grew with a 40HP motor is available for qualified renters (boating license and water test required).
Owners are available on the lake and can provide drop off and load out if you do not have access to a boat or rent ours. Both marinas offer water taxi services.
The property has its own small beach area as well as deep water swimming. The screened porch faces west for stunning sunsets.
