THE SPACE
River's Edge Retreat is your home away from home, envisioned as a place for guests to relax, restore and revitalize. Newly built and listed to AirBnB in July 2022, this fresh space encompasses all the necessities (and some luxuries!) of a modern home for your comfort and enjoyment...
KITCHEN: Fully functioning kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble backsplash, cookware, bakeware, silverware, barware, Nespresso machine, and kettle. Complimentary coffee capsules, tea, oil and vinegar, cooking spices, and cleaning products available throughout.
BEDROOMS: One king size bed in the master, and one queen size bed in the additional bedroom. Both rooms boast 43" Smart TVs, spacious closets and a place to unwind. All beds and bed sheets are certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® for your safety and comfort. Complimentary robes contained within.
BATHROOMS: A luxurious walk-in shower in the main bath/ensuite, and a powder room on the main floor. All bath towels are certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. Complimentary hair dryer, straightener and spa quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, and lotions throughout.
LIVINGROOM: A third 43" Smart TV is located here (although not pictured), along with a couch, chairs, pillows and games for your entertainment.
LAUNDRY: Stackable washing machine and dryer in the laundry room available for guest use, along with an iron and ironing board. Complimentary laundry detergent pods enclosed within.
HVAC: Equipped with independent heating, ventilation and air conditioning, so you can set the temperature you are most comfortable at.
OUTDOORS: A bistro table is located on the front porch, best enjoyed with a morning coffee, tea or 'Five O'Clock Somewhere'! Enjoy two Muskoka chairs on the private back balcony and spot the Great Canadian Trail across the street, which leads you to the Muskoka River, public swimming and downtown Bracebridge.
GUEST ACCESS
A keyless access code is provided prior to arrival, allowing guests to access their private suite located furthest from the garage. Two tandem and complimentary parking spaces are available in-front of the suite. Alternatively, it can accommodate a truck and trailer if you are looking to use the boat launch at the end of the street!

Guest enjoyment of the property is considered top priority. You can expect privacy and peacefulness for the duration of your stay, as my husband and I (AKA your customer service team) utilize the neighbouring suite.
