Summary: Great Location in quiet area with wonderful coffee shop/bistro located just around the corner. Convenient for walking into centre of Toronto or waterfront . Close to street car stop.We were a party of four adults - two couples in their 60s with good mobility and health.Sofa was not as described in picture and had to bring in chairs off balcony to seat us all.Disappointed in second bedroom; bed very low and unable to walk round without clipping your ankles on extended bed frame. This bedroom has minimal privacy as sliding door is glass!Unable to use kitchen island chairs as two high to sit at counter.Overall “okay” but apartment could do with a thorough refresh as looking tired. Pictures on website did not match reality. Not presidential as per description in our opinion but potentially could be great.
