New mini-split AC and heat (2023), washer/dryer (new 2022) , updated dishwasher, frig and stove (2023), fully equipped kitchen, TV with streaming options, lots of kids games. Outside outlet for golf cart (2023).
Pillows, bedspreads and mattress pads are included. Please note you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. Daily admission/parking fees to Lakeside Chautauqua during summer season and parking pass required and must adhere to all regulations while on the grounds.
