This is a very rare cottage experience for several reasons. One of them is that we can accommodate up to 22 guests, and an additional 3 guests in our bunkie.
The perfect venue for family get-togethers and corporate retreats. Truly offers a unique and relaxing experience. Weddings and other special once-in-a-lifetime events are being accepted.
Stunning waterfront property w/24 acres on Crowe River, 800 ft of water frontage. Extremely private with an elevated view of the river. A long driveway leads you to this 3,000-plus sq ft, two-story home. Comes with a beautiful well-kept barn and six stables. Attention to detail with tongue and groove pine ceiling with exposed beam accents, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and custom stone mantel with wood-burning fireplace. French doors lead from the kitchen to the deck area with a stunning countryside view. Indoor spa-like hot tub running off the kitchen (this is open seasonally, winter months only).
Natural flow with open-concept living and dining room areas connecting to the kitchen. The outdoor pool to the side of the property offers a pleasant alternative to swimming in the lake (the pool is open seasonally, during the summer months). The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, including a master bedroom with 3 piece ensuite with a walk-in shower. Full basement complete with 3rd full 4 piece bathroom. The basement also has a well-equipped rec room area. We also provide propane BBQ, Patio Furniture, Firepit, and have alpaca on site just down the driveway!
Lots of great water sports and fishing right on your doorstep! This gorgeous Farmhouse is geared towards multi-generational family retreats. Also makes for an excellent wellness retreat or wedding venue. Plenty of team-building activities on the grounds or in the surrounding area. You have to see it to believe it!

2. The pool is NOT heated.
3. There's 1 television in the basement; however, it's not a smart television nor does it have cable. For entertainment purposes, please bring an HDMI + laptop.
4. The internet connection gets interrupted at times due to our service provider conducting maintenance work on nearby towers.
5. Swimming off the dock is quite weedy/many Lilly pads. However, you are still able to still swim in the lake, which is a little distance off the dock. There is the sand bar that all the locals enjoy swimming at, a little kayak from the house. We do have the pool just off the house as a great alternative. Guests have loved this option!
