Summary: The front desk personnel lack customer service skills. They are so serious and did not make us feel welcome. The room was extremely clean and beautiful. There was a coffee maker but we had no bottled water to make coffee. We have stayed at many hotels and resorts and at least one bottle of water is always available. For the price of the rooms, that’s the least that could be offered. We went to the restaurant the night we arrived. We ordered food and a bottle of wine. The waitress told us the kitchen was closing at 10:00 pm so we were rushed to order food, but never mentioned that the bar was closing at that time. All of a sudden a few minutes before 10:00 pm, the waitress told us that the restaurant was closed and abruptly turned off the TV and started handing out food containers so we could take our food out. We have never felt so rushed. Needless to say, we had no time to finish our wine. To top it all off, the last day of our stay the cleaning lady came to knock on the door at 8:30 am to ask what time we were leaving. I could not believe it. I would not recommend this place at all. Our stay was an absolute disappointment.
