New construction 2015 with private ocean view decks, WiFi HD TV. King sized bed. Self contained suite with mini kitchen total square footage of each suite is about 400 sq'. We are very close to Baker Beach and the Hiking trail at Francis Point Provincial Park. Both of these destinations offer great Ocean views and beach combing. Just to be clear, if you book this listing through VRBO you are booking Suite #2 - we also have a second suite (also shown in photos) -- TO CHECK AVAILABILITY ON OUR other SUITE PLEASE CHECK VRBO LISTING NUMBER 791550.

Our recent policy changes since covid are still in place, we ask all and past guests to please read our changes that may have come into effect since your last visit so there are no surprises for your stay and billing.

Please note our suites are NOT really set up for a lot of cooking like frying foods but we do offer an outside BBQ however.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. Ocean view from the patio. Less than 10 minutes to a small beach. Swim, or wade easily in the low tide. Grocery store and a few casual restaurants less than 10 minutes drive. Very quiet area. Would go back again.
