Welcome to Willow's End! We are brand new to VRBO in 2023 but are super hosts on another property listing site. We are very excited to have guests from VRBO staying with us!
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay only 1.5hr from Toronto (from 401). This all-season cottage is on an acre of land and has incredible privacy located at the end of the street (only one neighbour). Nearby are lots of hiking trails, snowmobile trails, and a town for supplies. There is 140ft of west-facing sandy shoreline, many mature trees, with plenty of flat space for the kids, a shallow-entry shoreline, all-afternoon sun, and AMAZING sunsets.
The space
The cottage is four season with a wood stove and gas central furnace for heat for the winter. In the summer, the cottage remains cool (lots of tree coverage) and there is one air wall unit conditioner in the main bedroom.
There are two large decks at the cottage in the front and the back and plenty of lawn furniture. There is a fire pit, floating dock, volleyball court, 2 canoes, and a paddle boat for guest's to use.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a full-size fridge and stove.
Please note the bunk bed is small and is best suited for children.

There is a large wrap around drive way with plenty of parking.
Other things to note
Summer bookings will be for one week minimum - Saturday to Saturday. To book you must have your settings turned to start on a Saturday.
Guests will need to bring some essentials for their stay such as toiletries, drinking water, bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, firewood, firestarters, etc.
The cottage has internet connection and wifi throughout the property that works well for Zoom calls or Netflix. There is also a cell phone signal booster in the kitchen that allows 5G connection speeds and has full cell signal.
Things provided for you: pillows, blankets, comforters, laundry and soap, dishwasher, toilet paper and paper towels, full stocked kitchen with everything you need (bring your own food and drinks).
Note: the water at the cottage is safe to drink and tested regularly, however, it is well water and has a slight sulfur smell which is normal. We recommend bringing your own drinking water for this reason, the water is perfectly fine for showering, cooking, brushing teeth, laundry, etc. A large water cooler is provided for 5 gallon jugs.
