Please Note:
- The third bedroom and bathroom are in the detached pool house. You do need to go outside and across the pool deck to get between the main house and the pool house.
- There is no central air conditioning. There are mini split AC units in each bedroom, the dining room, and a wall unit in the pool house.
- This home is nestled in a beautiful natural setting where wildlife and insects are part of the charm. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside, especially if doors are left open. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
- This home receives water via a well. Due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Though the water is safe to drink, those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking. You may also notice a slight orange tinge to white items that are laundered in the water.
- This home is on a private septic system. To ensure proper function, please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush items such as wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other materials, as they can cause damage or backups.
