Property backs onto the Confederation Trail, for biking, walking, etc. Close to all amenities (shopping, groceries, by-pass highway, churches, coffee shops, etc.).
Main level bedrooms include: Master bedroom with a king size bed, with lots of closet space. Second bedroom with a queen bed, third bedroom with a twin bed. Both with closets.
Downstairs bedroom includes one queen bedroom.
Main level consists of master bedroom, large bathroom, 2 other bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck is very private, and is off the dining room.
Downstairs consists of a bedroom with queen bed; cozy family room with 50" Smart TV; and a bathroom including washer and dryer.
Wi-fi and Eastlink cable included.
