Summary: My husband and I stayed there in July with my daughter, her husband and twin boys. We loved the location, two playgrounds and waterpark, a oceanside park, grocery store and some restaurants all within walking distance. Just 10 min drive to downtown Victoria or a longer walk along the water to downtown if you were up to that. The indoor space was okay, nothing fancy but the outdoor deck space and views were a great place to relax and have family time when the weather is nice. The pull out sofa bed was unsleepable, it would not be possible for an adult to sleep on it. The other beds were fine.
