Summary: This hotel did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the breakfast was poor with limited quality and selection. Due to a lack of staff, I had to go downstairs myself to pick up my iron and ironing table. They also forgot to give me my requested wake-up call in the morning. Overall, the service and facilities were disappointing, and my stay did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this hotel.
