4 Bedroom House in Cultus Lake

Have fun with the whole family (or two!) at this beautiful lake house. Comfortably sleeps nine adults or two full families (four adults and 5 or more kids). Three bedrooms upstairs (king, queen, double) plus two bunks in rec room downstairs (four double beds), for a total of seven beds. A two minute walk to Cultus lakefront, short walk to Cultus golf course, restaurants, waterslides, etc. Beautiful place to make unforgettable family memories!

Totally stalked kitchen. Dinning table seats six, plus a kitchen nook table with three chairs. Living room upstairs has two chairs and large couch plus 65" TV. Three bedrooms upstairs have a king bed, queen bed, double bed - extra pillows, linens, blankets are provided. Main floor also has two full bathrooms - one with tub/shower, single sink vanity, toilet & the second has a fully glassed stand-up shower, single sink vanity, toilet (at the end of the hallway). Garage has a second fridge (and bottom drawer freezer) as well as a Tesla Generic J1772 Wall Connector for charging both non-Tesla and Tesla EVs (J1772 adaptor is provided for Tesla's if owner has forgotten theirs).

Downstairs hosts a large rec room with a couch, two chairs and a 65" TV in the first half of the rec room. The back half of the rec room hosts two bunk beds, in total four double beds - for kids (bottom has a 350lb weight restriction, could sleep two adults, but top bunk is really just for kids, 250lb weight restriction but likely wouldn't be a comfortable sleep for an adult). There is also a beautiful spa-like bathroom downstairs with a massive 4'x6' glassed stand-up shower, as well as a double sink vanity, toilet and stand alone soaker tub. This bathroom also hosts the laundry closest with washer/dryer. You can also access the utility room through this bathroom, but this should only be incase of an emergency, door remains locked to guests - adults and kids - and host should be contacted prior to entering utility room (hot water, electrical panel, crawl space, etc.)

Backyard is private and fully fenced. Backyard patio includes patio furniture, outdoor dining table and chairs, propane fire pit, propane BBQ and a round Jacuzzi hot tub suitable for five adults..

Summary: We used the property as a base for our sons wedding in a nearby location. The property was clean and tidy, but unfortunately we could not use the Garden as grass had been recently laid. We could use the decking which incorporated the BBQ and hot tub and sitting area so this was fantastic. Overall we really enjoyed the location and had a great stay.
