A beautiful newly built waterfront cottage located in Minden Hills, Ontario.
The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is positioned high in the trees and has incredible views of Moore Lake, situated on 1.13 acres and 255ft of shoreline. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets while enjoying the hot tub and sauna!
This gorgeous private forest setting, only 2 hours from the GTA is a perfect couples retreat or family getaway!

Kabin Tapoke is a brand new 4 season boutique cottage, the very first of Wild Kabin Co. cottages.
*The lay out accommodates 8 adults and 2 children*
This beautiful cottage features an open living space with high vaulted ceilings and a full wall of windows over looking Moore lake. Sunlight fills the interior, you can watch the sunset from almost every room. Our large rustic stone fireplace hosts a 55 inch TV with Bell satellite and a gas fireplace to keep you warm in the cooler months.
The gorgeous kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Coffee, tea, olive oil and basic spices are complimentary.
Our 4 bedrooms sleep 8-10 comfortably. 2 Queen rooms upstairs, King room and double queen bedroom downstairs. All bed linens and bath towels are provided with compliments.
There are 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor. There is also an outdoor shower located on the bottom deck (closed during winter). Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are complimentary.
Our 60ft upper and lower deck shows off our insane view that can be enjoyed all day, all night, rain or shine! Bottom deck is fully covered keeping you dry during the rainy days. Our Upper deck walks out from our 14x16 screen room that's super cozy and great for relaxing, especially in the buggy season!
The lower level has a 70 inch TV with Bell satellite and Netflix. Enjoy watching from the sports channels while playing darts and fooseball, or cozy up and read a book on our large sectional. Keep all your extra drinks and snacks in our second fridge by the bar.
Walk out from the lower deck and make your way to the lake. Down a path approximately 120 steps, leads to another deck on the water with a wrap around bench plus Muskoka chairs that seat all your friends and family. Enjoy the sun from noon till sunset on our 12x20 floating dock. There is great fishing right from the dock! We have for you to use a 2 person kayak, 2 single kayaks and 1 paddle board. 8 adult life jackets are provided.
Enjoy the sauna and cool off using the outdoor shower while watching the sunset. Take a nap in our hammocks and sway with the breeze. Step down to the fire pit area, listen to the fire crackle and the loons sing while gazing at the stars.
*WINTER*
We replaced the hammocks with a cedar barrel hot tub that overlooks the lake. The lake freezes over in January (depends on temp) which makes for beautiful walks/snowshoeing and ice fishing. Bring a blanket and your mulled wine to the outdoor fire pit surrounded by string lights. Cozy up to our indoor gas fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa and play your favourite board games!
There are many amazing restaurants that are open year round that are close by, plus a great brewery that has a heated winter patio with fire pits, its incredibly cozy!
*Must have 4x4 and winter tires to access in winter*

Other things to note:
There are approximately 120 steps to the lake, please use caution.
We are located on an unassumed road (8-10 minutes long) which is plowed and maintained during the colder months. It is very hilly and 4WD is required in the winter. Although the road is plowed, winter conditions are uncertain and it's possible the roads can be icy. We caution guests to drive slow, and must be comfortable, equipped and acknowledge the inherent risks in the winter environment.
All garbage and recycling must be taken with you on departure. There is no garbage services in our area. Landfill information is provided with a pass. If you are unable to take with you we can arrange for garbage removal for additional fee.
We have WIFI using Xplornet 10mbps while we wait for Starlink. Sometimes can be spotty depending on weather conditions.
