The entrance to the new 28k paved bike path connecting Kimberley to Cranbrook, the swimming pool and arena are all just blocks from the house. The ski hill, Nordic trails and the Kimberley Nature park are all within a 5 minute drive.
The house is 1700 sq ft of living space with a covered carport. It has been fully renovated including granite countertops and hardwood floors. There is a beautiful deck out front that over looks Mark Creek; and a 2nd large deck (24ft by 30ft) which is great for a BBQ or entertaining.
