Positive: The apartment has significant shortcomings that unfortunately prevent a restful stay. On the practical side: downstairs there is a kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and gas stove, an additional toilet, and a washing machine. There is a balcony, but it is empty – without chairs or a table, so it cannot be used. The bedroom upstairs has a spacious wardrobe and a standing fan (no air conditioning). Also available are an underground garage (care is needed when driving in) and a stable wifi connection.

Negative: Basic essentials were missing: dish soap in an empty dispenser, no clean dishcloth, no hand towel, no paper towels, no soap or shower gel. The kitchen was insufficiently equipped – only three mugs, a few glasses, and cutlery with plastic handles; you have to run the dishwasher after each use because there's no spare dishes. The balcony was useless because there was no furniture. There are clothes dryers. The upstairs toilet was practically unusable due to a damaged toilet seat, the shower was very cramped, there was no shelf for toiletries, and the cabinet was full of leftovers and empty bottles from previous guests. The biggest problem was noise – on Friday and Saturday, loud music (probably from a lakeside bar) played late into the night, making it impossible to sleep or relax properly. The location was also disappointing – the apartment was in an apartment building on a street, with no sidewalk or walking paths, no shops, and the only way to get around was by car. The check-in process requires sending a photo of your ID online, or the host takes photos of your documents instead of taking down your details. During your stay, the host contacted you several times regarding your check-out time. The lack of a keybox makes it impossible to leave the property independently and safely.
