Summary: Easy check-in. Attentive host Marco. In summer appt is hot despite mobile aico unit. Appt is situated 5 min walk from yellow M line which takes you straight to the city centre. Well equipped modern kitchen and modern bathroom. Value for money if you want a place to sleep near the city centre (you even can see the golden statue on top of the duomo from the livingroom window) and are not too picky in lively street noises at night.
