We propose you to rent, on the commune of Villarembert, this cosy flat with a chalet spirit, located at the foot of the slopes of the resort of Corbier, and which can welcome up to 4 travellers. Entirely renovated in 2022 and with a surface area of 30 m², it is located on the 4th floor (with lift) and consists of a nice living room of 16 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony with a view of the mountain and the residence's swimming pool. Wifi, sheets included, we are waiting for you!

The flat, facing south-east, is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m² with a double sofa bed and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and TV
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A shared and heated swimming pool of 10x5m, open from 22 December to 17 April and from 1 July to 28 August (opening dates are not contractual and subject to change).
- A 3x1,50m balcony with garden table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
- Sauna available in the residence.

The flat is ideally located in the winter sports resort of Le Corbier, in a very pleasant environment, 30 metres from the chairlift. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops of the resort as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... At an altitude of 1500 m, the resort of Le Corbier will offer you an exceptional panorama of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks, everything will be gathered to ensure you a most pleasant stay!

Activities :
- You will have many activities at your disposal: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, sledging, dog sled rides, visits to famous passes (Croix de fer, Glandon, Iseran, Mont cenis)...
- Sports activities: bike park with sled and scooter for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding...
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, visit to a farm at 300 metres, visit to a confectionery at 200 metres, visit to the snail farm at 15 minutes by car, torchlight descent.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.

As for other means of transport:
- Bus stop near the accommodation which serves various places in the Corbier resort.
- Saint-Jean de Maurienne train station is 25 minutes away by car.
- Chambéry airport at 1h15 by car (shuttles possible from the airport).

Other remarks :
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort.
