Vacation in downtown Kelowna on the lakefront ! Business licence #4085526. This cottage is located in the cultural district close to beaches, lakefront walks, arena, arts center, casino, brew pubs, shops and fine restaurants. Approximately 2100 sq.ft with two living areas is set up for guests. A large private dock is available for your use.
Outdoor furniture and BBQ are on site. It is a beautiful tranquil spot, an oasis in the middle of the Okanagan. Guests remark on the fabulous location of this home.

two - each with queen beds
one - with a queen bed/ single bed
plus queen cabinet bed in one of the living rooms which can be made up for you..
Kelowna is an excellent place for water sports and golfing. Also, this is wine country, enjoy a beautiful drive to many wineries and taste some of the best wine. This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to where it is all happening ! Do check on the map to verify the location and see how close it is to walk everywhere in the downtown area. There is a park like pathway a few minutes away that follows the lake for miles , a great route for walking or biking. The newly finished rail trail is 2 minutes away.
The garage is not available for your use, but there is ample on-site and road parking. Fans are provided in each room for air flow, the two upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning as does the area with the cabinet bed.. If you would prefer a 2 bedroom section of the house, please write and ask for details.
For both summer and winter vacations this location works well. Kelowna is well situated between two excellent ski resorts, and of course, the summer holiday conditions are fantastic ! There is even a picturesque outdoor skating rink very close to us, which opens in December. My place is well priced for its location on the lakefront with access to a private dock . We welcome you all to visit us !

Summary: We loved this property. Beds were comfy and the view was amazing while still walkable to boardwalk and downtown shops. The house is old and eclectic which added to its charm and the hosts had all the little touches that made it feel like home. Will book here again for sure.
