Summary: The property is new, clean and has a great location. The largest challenge is that there is only one working elevator for a 23 floor building. Once in the stairwell (you will get to know them well) you are unable to access any other floors or exits with the exception of the lobby. If you have anyone with a mobility issue (I had an ankle Injury) it will be very trying on the patience to have to wait for the elevator. We met one of the owners who told us the elevator had been broken for almost two months. The building itself (according to this same owner) is approximately 80% rentals - and with the weekend occupancy it is 10-20 minute wait for the elevator unless you use the stairs. I was not aware of the elevator issue at the time Of my booking otherwise (again with my ankle injury) I would have probably picked somewhere else.
