Summary: I rented the “House on the Hill” for the week of graduation since I graduated with my doctorate degree from the University of Tennessee. This was an amazing location for all of us (me & husband in the upstairs king bed, my sister and brother in law in the “bunk room”, mom in the downstairs king bed, and my adult daughter for one night on the futon upstairs). The “bunk room” is really made for kids and has no door on it for privacy (really the only complaint). Everything was clean, amazing, and Julie (the owner) responded very quickly when we needed her. Communication back-and-forth was excellent. Great location and would highly recommend to others.
