It has a pond with water lilies and Koi fish which add to the bucolic and peaceful scenery. It is the ideal house for someone wanting to get out of the city and into the country without having to sacrifice good restaurants and shopping. The house is 1 minute away by car to Lake Waramaug. You will get a stamp which will allow you to use a beautiful and exclusive private beach, excellent for kids as it has very shallow waters and is never crowded.
