Summary: Quick weekend trip for a beach tournament. Location was 10-15min walking distance which was perfect for avoiding $20/day parking. Unit was clean - basic amenities there, based on other reviews I had packed extras incase and would recommend bringing your must haves or a quick trip to the dollar store maybe needed. This is a renovated trailer so hallways are tight, tight entrace area but for 2 adults & 1 teen it was great for a weekend.
