Cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom on a forested 1/2 acre in Halfmoon Bay. Big front porch, fully covered, to enjoy the evening sun. Large back yard that is partial lawn and partial forest. Lots of shade for those hot days. Full laundry room with storage. In the winter, cuddle up by the wood stove. This is the main source of heat in the winter. You must be comfortable splitting wood and making fires. The back yard has a fire pit for the cooler months. 3 minute walk to the Welcome woods market. We have a TV but we do not have cable.
