From the moment you pull up to the property, you are greeted with the lush landscaping that this property has to offer.
Right in front of the entrance is the outdoor seating area with a large umbrella to stay cool in the summer heat. Enjoy outdoor BBQ steps from the beach with the outdoor grill! Run around in the spacious yard swing from the tree swing! You will never be bored while staying at this amazing cottage style condo!
Upon entering the equant property you are greeted with an open floor plan. The living room is equipped with seating for the whole family or for entertaining guests and provides an extra bed with a queen sofa sleeper.
Right off the living room is the state-of-the-art kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen features a farmhouse sink, coffee maker, toaster, blender and ice maker(In fridge).
Next to the kitchen is the Master Bedroom. The Queen bedroom offers a walk-in closet and a tv for late movie nights in bed!
Down the hall form the master bedroom is a hallway closet containing the in-unit washer and dryer. The property is also equipped with a Rinnai Hot Water System. With the Rinnai Hot Water System, you will never run out of hot water!
