The Space:
Soft winter light settles over the trees as you step into a warm, inviting retreat tucked against the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. Crisp alpine air drifts in when you open the balcony doors, and evenings naturally gather around the indoor fireplace as snow quietly blankets the surroundings. After full days on the mountain, you can soak in the hot tub and watch the steam rise into the cold Whistler night.
Living spaces
Spread across two levels and lined with cedar details, the townhome offers a comfortable setting for relaxing between runs. The open-concept living area features a lounge with a log fireplace, ample seating, and a TV for unwinding after time on the snow. The adjacent dining area seats 10 and leads onto a private deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, where you can take in the slopeside setting even in the colder months.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides everything you need for cooking and gathering, including a large island breakfast bar and full appliances. A built-in audio system allows you to play music from any wifi-connected device while preparing meals, creating an easy flow between the kitchen and dining areas.
Sleeping arrangements
This four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhouse accommodates up to eight guests. On the upper level, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, a small sitting area, a TV, a private balcony with mountain views, and an ensuite with a double vanity, bathtub, and overhead shower. The secondary bedroom features a king-split bed, TV, private balcony, and ensuite with a bathtub and overhead shower. A sofa bed in the loft adds flexibility for additional guests.
On the main level, the third bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and access to the hot tub, along with an ensuite that includes a bathtub and overhead shower. The fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed, TV, and hot tub access, with a separate bathroom providing a glass-enclosed shower.

The mudroom gives you space to organize ski equipment, and two secure underground parking spots are available along with free street parking. Entry to the home requires stairs from both the road and the garage, and there is no elevator.
Ski access & neighborhood
When snow conditions allow, you can begin your day directly from the rear entrance onto Merlin’s Run, connecting to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair for seamless ski access. The Upper Village and free Village shuttle are a short walk away, and the Benchlands setting places you close to cafés, restaurants, shops, and year-round trails near Lost Lake.
Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
