4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, 1 Powder Room , sleeps 10 with Beautiful POOL and THREE Balconies!!! FREE WIFI and 5 Smart TV's (all 50-65") enable you to log into all your streaming services.
Townhome is approximately 2350 square feet, and is located within a gated community only 3 blocks from the beach, boardwalk and Morey's Piers. The Large pool is just steps from your front door! If you look at the pictures below, you can see the proximity to the piers. The pier in the picture is the middle pier also know as Mariners Pier. As far a we are concerned this is the BEST of the three piers!!

We are the only unit in the complex that has expanded our 1st floor bedroom to include a TV sitting/lounge area, allowing for 2 sitting areas to watch TV. This is an awesome feature as it allows kids/teens their own space to watch movies and hang out on sofa/beanbags-- leaving the living room open for another group. Also we keep our unit very clean, the worse is going to a rental that is dirty.
On the first floor of the townhome, you have a two car garage--no more hunting everywhere for parking spaces! You can pull right in with your bags, groceries, etc, and enter directly into your vacation home. So much nicer than a large parking garage, lugging your stuff through a lobby, worrying about kids, etc....Also located on this floor is a queen bedroom with sitting area with a queen pullout sofa and (50" TV). There is also a full 3 piece bath with shower. Having a bathroom on this level, also works great as it's close to the pool and located on the first floor! The Height clearance is 6'3" for vehicles in the garage.
The second floor has an open living space, with powder room, fully-equipped kitchen, living room, queen sleeper sofa, front load washer/dryer, CD player, 65" Smart TV, DVD/blueray player and large deck with view of pool. There is also an extra Fridge and bar area for overflow water/beer/drinks, etc.
On the third floor are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has KING bed, private 2022 renovated full bath with two shower seats, 55" Smart TV, and large private deck with pool view. The third floor also includes a fully renovated (2023) hallway bath with tub that is shared by the two additional bedrooms on this floor. One bedroom has a queen bed with private balcony, and 50" Smart TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and its own Smart TV. All 5 TV's in the unit are 50" or larger and are wall mounted.
Wonderful LARGE outdoor pool...has a ledge on one end for smaller children so they can play and stand in the water.
Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided; renter brings own bed linens and bath/beach towels. We also provide 10 + beach chairs, along with umbrellas, beach cart and beach toys!
